Every time we have a user join the server the server will crash and disconnect all users. Can you please advise on the issue to get resolved ASAP.

thanks Mate, didn't think i would get anything out of here. so i might just cancel now and move to another hosting provider that doesn't have issues like this and better support. I thought it was worth giving them a shot but i should of listened to everyone else.
